This class and book is open to students who have a sincere desire to learn music and are interested in learning to play the piano with or without any previous training.  Emphasis will be placed on learning the basic techniques of the piano and to be able to play simple piano pieces, improvise by making up chords and songs, and also learn accompany simple melodies with chords.
